The aim of this program is to provide factory employees with tools to develop their skills and competencies, as well as strengthen their collaboration and connection with Evertis values. In 2022, the same 78 people that started the project last year, attended the second session that took place in March. These people worked in different groups to discuss, share, and learn about different topics, such as:

• Interpersonal relationships: Communication, trust, and conflict management;
• Collaboration: Responsibility, commitment, and cooperation;

Resulting from this session:

• From themselves, 51% learnt that they need to be good, flexible, and tolerant co-workers. Other personal learning was the need to communicate better and to reach agreements.- From the group, 60% learnt that being collaborative, teamwork-oriented and open to other people’s opinion are key to a good group performance. 19% learnt that they need to communicate better.
