Evertis believes that our greatest asset is our people. That's why in 2021 we launched our IMG for ALL program, our employee well-being program that goes beyond boundaries to support our employees both personally and professionally. With a strong focus on collaboration, teamwork, and inter-communication, this program aligns perfectly with Sustainable Development Goal 8 that fosters decent work.
This workplace benefit offers our employees free, confidential counselling and support services, ensuring that they have access to assistance for mental health, legal, financial, and other personal issues. Our aim is to help employees manage stress and enhance their overall well-being. In 2022 alone, we provided 96 counselling sessions for 31 employees and 10 of their relatives, empowering them to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
We are also offering health services not only for employees, but also their families. Additionally, in some of our locations we are implementing healthy habits programs, inviting employees to participate in yoga and "fit-at-work" sessions every Friday.
Furthermore, we have launched a program focused on personal and professional development for our factory employees, including topics such as self-awareness, communication, trust-building, conflict management, responsibility, commitment, and cooperation.
We frequently organise a series of webinars, covering a diverse range of topics to enhance the wellness of our team members. Our webinars are designed to empower our employees with knowledge and skills that go beyond the workplace. By offering diverse topics, we encourage personal growth, foster a culture of continuous learning, and provide our team members with valuable tools to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Some examples:
IMG for ALL is more than just a program, it's a commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing work environment. By prioritising employee well-being, fostering collaboration, and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, we contribute directly to Sustainable Development Goal 8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth. Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient workforce that drives us towards a sustainable and prosperous future.
